Terms & Conditions

AMSTERDAM | June 15th - 21st 2026

1. About Worldwide Streets

Worldwide Streets (WWS) is an independent, non-profit cultural initiative dedicated to supporting photographers and promoting contemporary street photography through exhibitions, publications, and events. WWS operates without financial sponsors or institutional funding. Exhibitions are made possible through artist production contributions used exclusively to cover operational and production costs. These costs include, but are not limited to:

• Venue rental
• Printing and framing
• Exhibition production and logistics
• Marketing and promotion
• Event organisation and staffing

The exhibition will feature a combination of invited photographers, selected directly by the curatorial team, and artists chosen through an open call, with selections made by an independent judging panel. An artist’s production contribution confirms participation and secures their exhibition space.

2. Artist Production Contribution

The Artist Production Contribution Rate is 290 euros (21% VAT included).

The contribution includes:
• Gallery space rental for the full exhibition period
• Individually assigned exhibition space for 4 pictures
• High-quality printing on Hahnemühle fine art paper
• Marketing (flyers, sponsored posts, listings)
• Promotion via Street Grammers (200K audience)
• Artist wall label with profile and QR code
• 4 Frame rental (50 × 40 cm with passe-partout)
• Hanging system and installation materials
• Opening event production and hospitality

2.1 Curatorial Transparency

WWS invites a small number of headline photographers to participate without a production contribution, with associated costs covered by WWS. Their inclusion supports the exhibition’s visibility and overall reach, benefiting all participating artists.

3. Participation Confirmation & Withdrawal

• Participation is confirmed only upon full payment.
• Contributions are non-refundable once participation is confirmed
• WWS may retain funds to cover costs already incurred
• WWS reserves the right to reassign exhibition space

4. Open Call & Charity Contribution

In addition to invited photographers, WWS will organize a paid open call for photographers wishing to submit their work for inclusion in the exhibition. Submission to the open call does not guarantee selection. A total of four photographers will be selected by a judging panel, each presenting one image in the exhibition.

Submission fees contribute to the operational and administrative costs of the exhibition, while any net proceeds remaining after all associated costs and expenses have been fully covered will be donated to the charity Through the Eyes of the Children.”

5. Artwork Requirements

• A3 prints on Hahnemühle fine art paper

Each artist is also fully accountable for the content they present and for complying with all applicable legal requirements.
